The Tricon E3 Transmitter provides a reliable interface between Neptune water meters and electronic control systems for batching, flow monitoring, and data reporting. It installs between the meter body and existing register without interfering with utility billing functions, allowing independent data transmission to the premise owner. The unit outputs either a transistor-type pulse proportional to measured volume or a 4–20 mA signal proportional to flow rate, delivering precise performance in process control applications.
