The Ford STYLE FS1, FS2 and FS3 ALL STAINLESS STEEL REPAIR CLAMPS combine the corrosion resistant characteristics of stainless steel and the sealing capabilities of rubber to provide a strong, dependable and versatile repair clamp.

The Ford FLS1, FLS2 STYLE REPAIR CLAMPS features heavy-duty cast stainless steel lug construction for maximum strength and corrosion resistance that does not require bolt removal when installing the clamp. There are never any loose parts to lose during installation. The all stainless steel Ford FLS Style repair clamp provides superior corrosion protection in the harshest soil conditions.

Ford STYLE F1, F2 and F3 REPAIR CLAMPS provide a simple and economical method of repairing holes or breaks in water mains, particularly where corrosion is not a factor. Ford clamps offer heavy-duty lug construction for maximum strength and a drop-in bolt design that does not require bolt removal when installing the clamp. There are never any loose parts to lose in the ditch.

Ford SNAP CLAMPS offer a handy and efficient way to repair pinholes and other small leaks that do not require a full gasket seal. A heavy gridded gasket design and "cushion lugs" make them ideal for older pitted pipe that has worn thin over the years.

Ford WRAP CLAMPS offer the same Leak Repair features of the Snap Clamp with the extra assurance of 360 gasket coverage. Specific sizes are available for I.P.S. steel or copper.

Leaking solvent weld joints on PVC pipe can be repaired with the Ford STYLE FCC LEAK CLAMP . The FCC can eliminate many problems found with a leaking solvent joint by eliminating the need to shut down the water main and splice in a new piece of pipe.

Ford BELL JOINT LEAK CLAMPS provide an easy and economical way of repairing leaking bell joints on PVC or cast iron pipe without recalking or cutting out the joint. Two different styles of clamps are offered, one for standard steel size PVC and the other for cast iron pipe or C900 PVC.

Ford™ Pipe Couplings

Ford Couplings offer an easy and economical way of joining pipe.

The Ford FC1 COUPLING is ideally suited for mainline pipe usage because the center ring I.D. tolerances are tighter to better control vibration and misalignment problems. They are constructed entirely of ductile iron components for light and easy handling. Modern technology and materials have enabled us to reduce the number of bolts required without compromising pressure ratings up to 300 psi. FC1 components are also interchangeable for better, more cost-effective inventory management. Only the FC1 offers one gasket and end ring that fits all PVC and ductile iron pipe in the most popular sizes: 4", 6", and 8". Gasket ranges are embossed on each gasket for easy identification. End rings are color coded to match the color embossed on each gasket.

The Ford FC2A TRANSITION COUPLING provides a convenient method of joining two pipes of the same nominal size but with different O.D.s. Gaskets and End Rings are color coded for easy identification. End Rings are color coded for various pipe sizes and gaskets are identified with the exact O.D. range and the End Ring color with which it is to be used.

The Ford STYLE FRC REDUCING COUPLINGS are designed to connect different size water main pipes. Material specifications for Style FRC Reducing Couplings are the same as those for Styles FC1 and FC2A Couplings. If larger sizes are required, the Ford fabricated steel reducing couplings can meet your need.

The Ford STYLE FFCA FLANGED COUPLING ADAPTER is used to join plain end pipe to flanged fittings. The FFCA is designed without pipe stops and can be slid completely over the pipe to allow for clearance. The adapter is furnished with ductile Tee Head bolts and/or Cross Bolts. The flange has a built-in O-ring gasket. If your need is for a large adapter, see Ford fabricated steel flanged coupling adapters.

The Ford STYLE FRR is designed for cut-In applications when joining of pipe where the gap between the pipe ends is greater than normal. This fitting is commonly used to replace leaking couplings that require removal.

The Ford END CAP COUPLING, STYLE FEC , is provided with 2" female iron pipe threads less the pipe plug. Blind end caps may be furnished upon request.
